Honestly, mujhe laga online sofa lena risky hoga, but Sofa Crafter ne mera pura perception change kar diya. Starting se hi customer support helpful tha unhone fabric options samjhaaye, size guide diya, aur measurements double-check kiye. Sofa time par deliver hua, packaging itni heavy thi ki kholne me hi 10-15 minutes lag gaye, but at least safe aaya. Sofa khud kaafi premium lag raha hai stitching clean, fabric smooth, and cushioning ergonomic. Mere guests bhi pooch rahe the kaha se liya. Main personally 1 month se use kar raha hoon, roz 3–4 hours baithta hoon and still no sagging definitely recommend.
