At Sofa Crafter, we’re committed to creating a better online shopping experience. If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return
(Only defective or mis-shipment products are eligible for return or replacement)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@sofacrafter.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* All Returned or Exchanged items must be in the original “as new” condition at the time of pickup (including all packaging, instructions, and hardware).
* If your purchase included free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
* Prior to signing for your delivery, please carefully inspect the products to ensure your satisfaction.

OUR PRICE MATCH PROMISE

If within 30 days of delivery, you should find the same brand and model at a lower price (on identical terms & conditions), we will refund you the difference. * Just email us proof of the lower advertised price, or give us a chance to verify it.

Custom Orders

Orders that are extensively customized are not eligible for our return policy unless found to be Damaged or Defective

Refunds & Exchanges

Orders received in a damaged or defective condition have an option of return if minor work cannot be done. For products that are damaged, we will require a POD copy of the courier with ‘Damage Remarks’ to proceed further.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or is defective, we’re happy to set up a prompt replacement. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.
